Shuddhi

Shuddhi is a Sanskrit word for purity. One of the primary objectives of our foundation is to cleanse an individual’s Body, Mind and Soul and elevate his consciousness to a level that enables him/her in understanding the true purpose of their life. Shuddhi is a state of purity in which the individual is at complete peace.

Shuddhi Foundation for the Body

We at the foundation strongly believe in the premise that a healthy body is one of the fundamental pre-requisites for any form of Sadhana including spiritual Sadhana. In this direction, we provide alternate non intrusive drugless therapies such as Yoga, Reiki, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Reflexology, Auricular Therapy, Ayurveda, Body Alignment, Tok Sen, Gua Sha, Hijama, Balance Ball Yoga and many other traditional methods to cure, build and sustain a healthy and fit body. Our marquee health program – Shuddhi Svaasthya, is a comprehensive healthcare program that uses a combination of therapies administered by expert practitioners with over a decades’ worth experience. The treatment methodology and schedule is carefully mapped out by the team after several deliberations and discussions amongst themselves. The foundation strives to spread the usage of non intrusive natural healing techniques in order to maintain a happy and a healthy body.

Shuddhi Foundation for the Mind

Mind is the master of the body. The human mind is a set of cognitive faculties that include perception, consciousness, comprehension, thinking, judgment, memory and sense. Mind is the interface through which we feel emotions and everything else around us. A lot of what happens around us is inevitable and is beyond our control, but how we perceive it and how we react to it is important. A healthy mind will automatically result in a healthy body and in this direction we provide guided Dhyaana (Meditation), Counseling, Yoga, Hypnotherapy, Reiki and other methods to truly attain peace of mind. Human mind is extremely powerful and when it is filled with positivity, dreams become reality. The foundation helps you understand and train your mind to be at its best at all times.

Shuddhi Foundation for the Soul

The fundamental objective of our foundation is to help mankind achieve nirvana. The ultimate aim in Sanātana Dharma is to achieve Moksha and that is possible only through complete realization of the self and through the divine grace of a Guru. Over the last 15 years, Guruji has handpicked a few of his disciples and is guiding them to this ultimate reality every step of the way. The only way to liberation is through complete volunteering and sacrificing of oneself for the greater good of the society in their chosen path in life. Workshops and discussions are held on Bhagavad Geetha, Vedas and other divine scriptures in order to reform and transform lives. Guruji regularly addresses his disciples and answers all their questions on life, work, relationships, sadhana and Dharma.

Our Logo

A human seated in padmasana encompassed by the pink petals of the lotus denotes how a human being’s life should blossom. The lotus posture is representative of ‘destroyer of diseases’ both of mind and body. The lotus flower rooted in mud wades through the water and the leaves are impenetrable by water droplets that eventually slip off its surface. The lotus then grows and rises high above, untouched by the muddy waters towards sunshine. Similarly a human being grounded to his humble roots, detached and unaffected by his/her materialistic and chaotic surroundings should rise above all towards enlightenment.

The daily cycle of the lotus, to close at night and bloom at day has also come to signify reincarnation and rebirth. The closed bud symbolises the many spiritual pathfolds that we have the potential to conquer but are yet to explore, while a completely blossomed lotus flower is symbolic of the highest level of consciousness. Its life span of few days shows us that nothing is eternal and we too have limited time for doing good.

Brahma, the god of creation is depicted as emerging from a lotus that originates from the naval of the sustainer Lord Vishnu.

Lotus is thus representative of creation, enlightenmentand Shuddhi.
